The Pregnant Obstetrician

My colleague Portia is one of those women who hardly showed until late in her pregnancy, didn’t stop until she went into labour and instantly looked as if she had never been pregnant. Here she is making it all look easy and glamorous (which we all know it’s not, none more so than her). Reality has never stopped me from daydreaming and romanticising and I think you will see this in all of my images. Also how adorable is her dog Krug?
